In 1992, Joe Goitia started Synergy Builders with a simple belief: build it right, treat people fairly, and the rest takes care of itself. Working out of Butte County, Joe poured foundations, framed walls, and earned a reputation for quality residential construction one project at a time.
Over three decades, that one-man operation has grown into a fully licensed general contracting firm holding both B and C-8 licenses. We still self-perform our concrete work — a point of pride that keeps quality in our own hands — while partnering with trusted subcontractors for the trades that round out every project.
Today, Synergy Builders is expanding from its residential roots into commercial and public-works construction, bringing the same family-first values and hands-on craftsmanship to larger-scale projects across Northern California. With Mason Goitia stepping into the Director of Operations role, the next generation is already carrying the torch forward.
