In 1992, Joe Goitia started Synergy Builders on a simple belief: build it right, treat people fairly, and the rest takes care of itself. Working out of Butte County, Joe poured foundations, framed walls, and earned a reputation for quality residential work one project at a time.

We still self-perform our concrete — a point of pride that keeps quality in our own hands — and partner with trusted subcontractors for the trades that round out every project.
Today Synergy Builders is expanding from its residential roots into commercial tenant improvements and public works, bringing the same family-first values and hands-on craftsmanship to larger projects across Northern California. With Mason Goitia stepping into the Director of Operations role, the next generation is already carrying it forward.

Cody Olson
Contracts, compliance, and financial operations. Ten years as a U.S. Navy nuclear engineer; construction program leadership on projects to $100M.
Mason Goitia
Estimating, scheduling, submittals, and owner communication. With the company since 2018; leading the move into commercial and public works.
Ami Goitia
Billing, certificates of insurance, payroll, and the organizational backbone of the Synergy office.
