Our comprehensive safety program includes regular training, strict PPE requirements, and continuous improvement based on OSHA standards and industry best practices.
Full compliance with Cal/OSHA and federal OSHA regulations. Our Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) is actively maintained and regularly audited. We stay current with all regulatory changes and implement them immediately on every jobsite.
All crew members receive ongoing safety training including toolbox talks, hazard recognition, fall protection, scaffolding safety, and equipment operation. New hires complete comprehensive orientation before stepping on any jobsite.
Strict PPE requirements enforced on every project: hard hats, safety glasses, high-visibility vests, steel-toe boots, gloves, and hearing protection as needed. All equipment is regularly inspected and maintained to manufacturer specifications.
INCIDENT REPORTING
We maintain a transparent incident reporting system. Near-misses and safety concerns are documented, investigated, and used to improve our procedures. Our goal is zero incidents on every project, and we track our safety record closely as a measure of our commitment to every person on our jobsites.
