Training
Ongoing training for every crew member — toolbox talks, hazard recognition, fall protection, scaffolding, and equipment operation. New hires complete orientation before stepping on a jobsite.
PPE & equipment standards
Hard hats, safety glasses, high-visibility vests, steel-toe boots, gloves, and hearing protection enforced on every project. Equipment inspected and maintained to manufacturer specifications.
Incident reporting
Near-misses and concerns are documented, investigated, and used to improve procedures. The goal is zero incidents, and we track our record as a measure of our commitment to every person on site.
