Permits from your local building department must be issued for any new construction. This can be a frustrating part of the project if you don’t know all of the permits you need to pull, but we know exactly what is needed and we take care of it.
Our General always make sure that the site is adequately prepared before beginning building by accurately shooting our elevations, avoiding over-digging for foundation forms, and ensuring that all engineering and code specifications are met.
We are in constant contact with you (the homeowner), the building department, inspectors, suppliers, designers, drafters/engineers, subcontractors, and any employees in the field. We make certain that everyone is on the same page and that it goes as smoothly as possible.
