Our second rebuild in Paradise is a bright cheery home, built for one, but comfy enough to accommodate a new family. This house is 1,300 Sq. Ft. but is built with one in mind, and it goes all out to show off what you can fit in a small house. With a large ADA bathroom, huge walk-in closet, and a perfectly proportionate kitchen and living room, it’s easy to forget the size of the house you are in.
