Paradise, a town that many know of for its tragedy in 2018, and a place many believed would not return, however, the people of Paradise were resilient, this town was their home, and not just a place they lived. Since then, the town has steadily been rebuilt and repopulated, with returning locals and even new faces to the area.
This project was our first rebuild in Paradise, a semi-custom home, with lots of storage, relaxing features, and modern building practices. Behind the walls there is an abundance of insulation to help keep the outside, well, outside. A custom mantel for the fireplace to match the countertops in the kitchen, shelving for both storage and to show off the family pictures. A mini-split air condition and heating system so as to prevent wasting money on a large electric bill. The features are countless in this home, see for yourself!
