On the beautiful Monterey Peninsula is nestled the quaint town of Carmel. One of our customers wanted multiple areas of their home to be updated, including a full remodel of the master bathroom. Which included removing the ceiling, re-pitching it, removing concrete to put a new bath tub and shower with a new drain system, and installing a heated floor. The end product, a luxurious bathroom with all that one could desire, from remote controlled skylights, to a jetted tub, to sensor controlled lights and heated floors.
The next part of the home that was updated was adding an additional half bath in the entrance hall, with custom built cabinets for maximizing the storage space. The bathroom was designed to be of similar style as the master bathroom.
The third part of the house remodel was changing the small closet in the master bedroom into an office that cantilevered out above the backyard.
And the last remodel part was to break up the existent roof line on the front of the house and create a more well defined space for the front entry.
